Justin Lawrence5 StarI’d just like to say what a fantastic experience I’ve had using Fab Frames, I’m a complete novice buying and fitting UPVC windows and doors, and they were extremely helpful from my initial order queries right up to delivery, and even when I had any issues with locks etc they dealt with them. Their customer service is brilliant and dealt with any issues promptly and professionally.

Penelope Buckingham2 StarWood effect finish on frames is peeling on nearly every join. No reply regarding this when emailed with images after telephone conversation. Solidor has flimsy parts that snapped off within weeks. Parts sent but you'd have to take frame apart to replace... Luckily we didn't proceed to do this as they were the wrong parts. Gave up. Had to return one window for being made the wrong size replacement left the extension open to the elements and caused delay for nearly 3 weeks.Thursday 8th October 2020
