I used Fabric Care Dry Cleaners for the first time yesterday because I needed a next day clean for a much loved jacket. Having read the scathing 1 star review on Google, I was naturally a little anxious about using them. It turned out that I had no reason to be worried at all. Whilst the front desk of the shop could do with some refurbishment, I was very impressed by the friendly service I received and they were able to clean my jacket for collection the next morning. The jacket has been perfectly cleaned and I will definitely be happy to use their services again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID PLEASE BE AWARE HE OWNS THE BUSINESS AND HE HAS LEFT HIS OWN COMPANYS A 5 STAR REVIEW AND HIS RELATIVES. DONT USE ANY OF HIS SERVICES OR VISIT ANY OF HIS 4 BUSINESSES AS ALL HE DOES IS RUIN PEOPLES CLOTHES, SUITS AND WEDDING DRESSES. THE OWNER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE , LACKS ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWLEDGE. HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH ANYTHING CUSTOMER RELATED. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL NASTY ARROGANT MAN. PLEASE GO SOMEWERE ELS WERE YOU WILL RECEIVE A VERY HIGH PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. BE WORNED YOU WILL NEVER COLLECT YOUR CLOTHING ITEMS IN THE CONDITION THEY WERE TAKEN INTO THE SHOP. YOUR CLOTHING ITEMS WILL JUST BE RUINED.
