You really can't fault the setting of this place, it is beautiful. Such a lovely spot for a dog walk, coffee stop or even a wedding! Unfortunately, it's more style over substance. Whilst the service was very good (loved how they apologised for being short staffed at the BEGINNING! Why can't all restaurants do this?) the food here just doesn't live up to expectations. This is my fourth time eating here, and every time I've left a bit disappointed 😞 My salad this time was lovely, bit nothing mind blowing. The Field Platter was quite greasy... Even the bread was fried 😅 not something you'd expect at a cafe that looks like this! The order: Field Platter - £13.50 Seasonal Salad Bowl - £10 + Chicken - £3.50 📅 Visited in August 2023

This is the perfect brunch spot! Had the dirty pancakes (pictured) and it was beautiful! We went quite early and reserved a table but soon filled up. Only flaw is that there isn't any clear marked disabled parking

One word, Amazing! The food, the service and the atmosphere is amazing, the pancakes were fluffy, the bacon was delicious and the chicken was crispy and perfect! The syrup was delightful! Will definitely visit again based on one dish alone! The Korean chicken strips were incredible, the kids sausage roll was amazing, I don't have a bad word to say!

Great coffee and the best brownie I have ever consumed!! The kids loved running down to the flower field and the views are beautiful.
