I booked my car for a service online, providing all the information I was told the price is £160, upon collecting my car (as per the invoice nothing else apart from the service was done) I was told the price is "slightly" different to the booking fee - I was asked to pay £350! I refused, but still ended up paying £280! Very unfair treatment.

Came her after getting a puncture. They were able to source a tyre on the day so credit where credit is due as they were the only garage in Basingstoke that were able to. However after washing my car I have now noticed that they have scratched and ruined my rim which I will now have to get refurbished. Will not be coming here again. 2 stars as they were able to get me back on the road.

Fab service. Second time using, first time they came to the rescue changing a punctured tyre at my address a few months back. This time took the car in for two new tyres, asked when arriving if they have time would they mind checking/re-gassing my air con as it was shooting out hot air, was no bother what so ever and reasonably priced. All very welcoming and happy to help!

Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my car to this garage over a month ago for an oil leak was told to return in 2 weeks when parts etc where in 2 days in whilst I thought my car was being repaired i was called to say i had an oil leak and that they had to order parts which was already established 2 weeks prior to then be told it would be repaired the next day a week past with no communication i called and i was told still no parts they had forgotten to order them to be told to return on the Monday still no parts and no call as to when they would be in as nobody ever returns your calls . Absolutely useless a month past still not repaired i have massively inconvenienced . No organisation skills or communication to customers whatsoever , so now going else where ….What an absolute waste of time .

Recently had my VW caddy stage 1 remapped , must say I'm really happy with the outcome . Increase in torque and bhp made my caddy feel like brand new but even better . It's actually my second caddy iv had done over the years by fastfit and probably the best money iv spent improving them . Highly recommended 🙌
