Tried calling and emailing about a store selling undercooked chicken but they will not answer the phone or reply back to emails this is disgusting and a serious health violation. On top of this the Management in the Clacton in sea store is rude and arogont and refused to help and is happy to sell undercooked and potentially dangerous food.

WHY ARE YOU NOT UPDATING YOUR WEBSITE PRICES? Months and Months and Months it's been like this and when you enquire they say its not been updated .WHY NOT ? It takes minutes. Your website shouldnt be showing one price and when you call up its another ? Deals your advertising are not available any more .Is that not false advertising ? Won't eat there anymore as feel like I'm been ripped off as the price shown is NOT what you pay ,Very misleading.

you able to use deliveroo to deliver a order to my area but when i try to use any other site your on the distance is to long why is this last time i checked a car/bike journey to and from me7 to me8 isnt that long

Chicken almost cremated and bone dry and small more like a pigeon . The ribs was ate able but powdery £17 later never ever again

Ordered food at 6pm and waited over a hour for food. When it arrived there was stuff missing, so I called them and got a rude response by a jumped up member of staff with no people skills to deal with a complaint. Joke of a business.
