Let me start with the girl in Watford branch was lovely as well as the delivery people.
My bed turned up with the wrong legs and a mattress too short for the bed so it had to go.
They took my bed and we had to wait a week for the other bed to go.
Now we have no bed so had to buy a quick one for £500 I didn’t want.
Now I’m trying to complain and get someone to deal with this and the service is absolutely horrendous.
No one no where is getting back to me.
They couldn’t care that we are left sleeping on the floor.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemyThursday 3rd August 2023
Susan Fleck1 StarOrdered 10 days ago but have no update as to when my bedding will be sent. Have called 4 times but they are "investigating". To get a refund will take at least 7 working days - shocking as they could take my payment within seconds but cannot refund as quickly. AVOID AVOID AVOIDTuesday 3rd October 2023
