Fencabs to the rescue again! Whenever I travel on the last trains to Ely, all local cab services fail to provide but Fencabs are always honest and accurate on timing whether Iv called last minute or on time. This is a proper taxi company looking to get people from A to B as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

I booked a taxi to pick me up at Ely station with an hour to spare and it didn't arrive. After waiting for 15 minutes at the front of the station, making numerous attempts to call with no answer, and seeing two Fencabs taxis dropping people off but driving off without picking me up, I ended up getting a different taxi. Second time this has happened now. I tried calling and texting to let them know, but still no communication from Fencabs. Would appreciate an explanation!

I've always had excellent service from Fencabs. As someone with a disability, help with my mobility walker getting in and out always comes in handy and the drivers are always very helpful and friendly. And the cars are fully covid- proof, which is for me, another plus!
