I love that it is a small family business and all the team are extremely helpful and friendly in the shop and in your home. In particular Dan who really was patient and helpful in helping me choose what to have.
The curtains we have from Feran in our living room are stunning and well made and the blind for my sons room is perfect.
I also really like that the curtains and blinds are made locally in Essex.

catherine hull5 StarWE are really pleased with the service we received. The staff were more than helpful and persevered on our behalf when the blinds we ordered weren't perfect. This meant that they were replaced twice, we didn't have to phone to find out what was happening, they contacted us to let us know what was happening.
Particular thanks to Jon, the fitter, he was fantastic and very professional.
