Rebecca Lofts1 StarMy father was left without his whole body being washed, his denture had not been taken out for months. They neglected to make sure he was drinking as he just through it down the drain. There are so many things I could say, my father deserves compensation after he ended up in Bournemouth Hospital and nearly died through their neglect. Do not send your loved ones to any care uk homes, especially Ferndown Manor.Wednesday 28th July 2021
Liz Mills5 StarBrilliant place. Looking after our Mum so carefully. And the staff deserve a massive shout out for their work during the snow. Some of them brought pyjamas and stayed overnight to ensure they were there for the residents in time in the morning.Saturday 3rd March 2018

Was also told recently, by the manager, that they were too busy to look up the information I was requiring about my mother's death. Don't expect empathy or consideration for next of kin.
