Many Thanks to fitters Dave and Mike who were a delight to have around and bent over backwards to accommodate our concerns and requirements. We were concerned that our recently refresh to our bedroom decor would be in a mess, but they were able to adapt the way they fitted the windows, leaving it untouched. They worked very hard all the way into the early evening, even though it was a Friday. Thanks guys. Lovely new energy efficient windows!

Discovering my smart, fairly new front door wouldn't lock, early on a Sunday morning, I telephoned Finesse. By 10:30 one of their technicians attended and made the necessary adjustments, with cheery and helpful advice about maintenance. A superb response and an end to my panic!

From start to finish the experience of dealing with Finesse windows has been extremely professional with clear concise information given to me across the whole process. The Window installation was equally excellent, they came on time , worked throughout the day , very polite, very tidy and very efficient. I can’t recommend Finesse Windows , the fitters Darren and Sam and their supervisor Ray enough. The pricing was competitive, the quality of the windows in my view is excellent. Made in Birmingham so a very small carbon footprint if being installed in the region too.
