We know there is no place like home for your pet. However, with generous amounts of pampering, good food, comfort and a friendly environment, we soon have dogs’ tails wagging and cats purring.
The Danish have a word for this feeling of warmth and cosiness; they call it hygge (pronounced ‘hooga’).

No one likes leaving their pet but Max (who's been going since he was a puppy) always returns a happy dog time after time. You cannot put a price on reassurance and that is exactly what you get! Judith Cameron5 StarIan and Anne at Finglands have been absolutely amazing with our lovely 3 legged greyhound, Winnie. The kennels are immaculate, the care is exceptional and we are more than happy to travel 40 minutes from Cockermouth for everything they offer. We can't recommend them enough. Unfortunately we have recently lost Winnie, but we'll definitely use Finglands in the future.Monday 25th April 2022

Mondo_ghecko photography5 StarWent to have a look around before we made a decision about putting my dog in for a visit. The guys there were super friendly had all the time in the world for us. Showing us around and taking the time to explain everything that went on. Kennels were all spotless and all good sizes. Great area for the dogs to have a play in also all fenced and secure.Thursday 6th May 2021
