I have lived at Fir Croft Letting’s house (10 Ashenden Road, GU2 7UU) for my second year at university and I am really glad I chose this accommodation. The location could not be better, less than 5 minutes walking distance to Tesco and 10 minutes away from University of Surrey, and Surrey Sports Park. The room was clean and equipped with everything I needed, and the landlord Andy was always there in case there was any problem, or you had some questions. I cannot recommend this more to any student that needs an accommodation.

Living at 31 Ashenden Road this academic year has been an amazing experience. The location is incredibly convenient as it is 1 minute away from Tesco, and the road is quiet. All the rooms are beautiful & modern, and renting the en suite has been convenient and ideal. The huge backyard has been such a plus! Our landlord Andy is polite, friendly and above all understanding. Thank you Andy for a wonderful experience, it has been a pleasure living in such a beautiful home. I really wish I could stay for longer.

Andy was kind enough to offer his property as a place to stay during my student placement at Royal Surrey County Hospital. Andy was very accommodating and answered any queries I had very promptly and efficiently. The location for working at the hospital was perfect, just 10 minutes' walk away and with a big Tesco on the way. The room was large and equipped with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and even had access to a pleasant garden which was a welcomed addition.

My experience with Fir Croft Lettings has been superb! Andy has always been prompt and efficient with the house maintenance. There has been a great customer support plus a very friendly and professional service. The 31 Ashenden Road house has been amazing to live in and I wish I could stay longer. I would definitely recommend Fir Croft Lettings if you’re a student or a group of students looking for a place near uni! Update after leaving... Towards the end of my tenancy, since my previous review, my opinions have now changed.

10 Ashenden Road, Guildford, GU2 7UU I have had a positive experience renting a room from Fir Croft Let. The landlord is easy to contact and quick to reply to any messages I send. It was a fantastic location for me, a nursing student at The University of Surrey, as the house is located less than 10 minutes away from both the University and Royal Surrey County Hospital. It is also close to a large Tesco, the train station and Surrey sports center. There is a garden with furniture so I could sit outside and the bedroom came with a lot of furniture for storage so I didn't need to buy anything. Overall I was very happy during the 8 months that I rented my room.
