Visited today and a mix bag. Food was great! But got refused the buy 1 get 1 free offer (it was a Tuesday) despite the video board promoting the offer. I got told this was because I didn't use the app but no mention of that on poster or in its small print. By this point I had already promised my child pizza so didn't wanna let them down. So made it an expensive visit. Oh and hot tap in toilet is insanely hot and burnt my child's hand! I showed team on way out and warned them of it and they very nice and helpful about it. So like I said mixed bag! Great food but left feeling ripped off and with a crying child.

1st visit. Fabulous pizza, far better than the likes of impasta Worcester who charge double for a inferior tasteless pizza. 50% off lunchtime menu is superb. Well done guys! Paul the chef was fab. Quality ingredients, excellent prices.

Don’t accept deliveroo orders if you have 1 driver on shift poor service all round. Be honest, don’t say the pizza is going in the oven then an hour later say the thing will not use again

Food is really tasty, this was one of our favourite places to order from but every time the order was missing parts or things were incorrect. The delivery drivers must not know how to use sat navs and can never find any address’s. The general customer service is absolutely appalling.
