mathew murray1 StarI agree with all the 1 star reviews, they used the start high technique with us and then even asked what we could afford, we stupidly went ahead and did it. Buy now pay later, they owed us £150 for a var handle they never fitted and when signing we said no as we're owed money but we're assured it will be paid into our bank so signed and 3 months later they stole that £150 and changed the buy now pay later date so we have 4 months to pay 8500 instead of 12 months, don't even let these in you house as they'll be there 3 hours selling and pressuring you.Monday 9th May 2022

He asked me which company which I declined to tell him and then he asked if I was sure that I had ordered them and if I had paid a deposit. Frank M1 StarUsed the door designer tool on the website to get a free quote, went through all the options and got a phone call telling me the only way a quote could be given is if I make an appointment for a "designer" to come and visit my home.
What a waste of time, what's the point of choosing door, door finish, frame type, window type, glass type and the like on the website if you still have to get someone out.

Windows got fitted and that's where the issue's started
We called them got some one out who did what I would say was that's all we are doing job, not happy with that I rang again gentlemen came out very quickly took photos of the still issues after 3 weeks I rang and got a Ricardo who said would cal back to say whether they were able to come out Friday or the following weekend they had no photos from visit and took 3 weeks for the report so I sent over 10 or so pictures, strangely no phone cal at all which is fine as all details are going off now to the ombudsman
Good thing we have not paid yet and will not till all is done fullySaturday 10th April 2021
