Our Nursery
Our lovely day nursery has a warm and welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in.
Based in the Triangle Centre, which was previously the village's primary school, we have two large activity
and learning rooms with a secure outside space for the children to enjoy.
It's a great location for commuters and within walking distance of Liss Forest, West Liss, Hill
Brow and Rake.

Holly5 StarI highly recommend First Steps, my son has been attending for two months and always runs to the door with a smile on his face. All the staff are lovely and seem to really care. They are flexible, accommodating and fantastic with communication.Friday 26th November 2021
Natalie Odell5 StarOur twin 3 year olds love First Steps and have been there for 6 months. The staff are all really caring, energetic and lovely and are genuinely engaged with our kids and their development. Our kids' favourite is definitely Lynda; their eyes light up when they see her at drop off. Its a small, caring environment, which really suits my kids, who demand a lot of cuddles.
Steph and Jess are always flexible around booking the kids in/cancelling their attendance with relatively short notice and they are really communicative and helpful.

Amy Corbett5 StarI cannot recommend First Steps enough. Our son was a little nervous when starting nursery and all the staff were incredible settling him in and supporting him and of course us as parents. . He loves going to nursery school and he has the best time playing with his friends and the amazing staff. They do the best activities and it he always has so much fun. If we've ever needed an extra hour or day, Steph and Jess are so accommodating and helpful.

Susie Wiggins5 StarMy daughter absolutely loves First Steps and counts down the days until she can next go! The staff are all so friendly and appear genuinely passionate about what they do. The activities always seem so engaging and capture the children’s interests and imaginations.
