I have no IT background but he never made me feel foolish or small, and explained everything to me in ‘plain English’ in words of 2 syllables so that I understood how to carry on once he had finished setting it up. Changing my image and designing me a logo to which my clients can relate to.
My number of enquires literally quadrupled overnight after the new revised site went live.
Firstep used my exiting wep package and resigned it so I literally had to do nothing.
But I can still upload in change images myself.
Brilliant.
