Due to unfortunate experiences with a few female hairdressers I had a pre consultation with this specific woman in regards to a graduated bob. I was convinced out of that conversation that I would be in safe hands and more importantly felt confident enough to book an appointment. Appointment day arrives to find this woman didn't have a clue about what she was doing(Asking myself is this okay etc. she's the hair professional whom should be competent and confident with her abilities). To cut a long story short this so called pampering session turned into a nightmare, she gave me the worst hair cut imaginable and me the doormat not only had to endure the hairdressing experience from hell I paid a huge price for feeling short-changed horrible to the point of feeling emotionally upset and wounded(really did knock any ounce of confidence out of me and I by nature not naturally a confident person). If anything she really has put myself off hairdressers for life. I did let her know that I wasn't happy with the haircut yet she refused myself a refund or partial payment of any kind and I think the fool I was I gave a tip too as I naturally give service people tips(looking back why did I do that). Never ever again. Unfortunately, she's a hairdresser that gives her profession a bad rep by not listening to her paid customers, far from professional. Fortunately, I do know the difference a good hair professional and a poor hair professional from how they make me feel alone, a good hair experience is one of best feelings in the world, unfortunately not with her. You can forget what they said or did but can't forget how they made you feel 💯
