T Askew5 StarI recently installed a downstairs toilet, I purchased everything online elsewhere. However after installing 6metres of 40mm pipe for the sink and neatly hiding it behind a false wall, I found out that I should have installed 32mm pipe.. So the waste bottle trap wouldn't fit. A south African member of staff was brilliant, taking the time to talk me through different options of how to make my error work. The prices were in line with screwfix and he had the knowledge to back it up. Brilliant will definitely be using again!Monday 2nd November 2020
