They are really flexible around our needs as a business and most importantly there is a human contact at the end of the phone or in reply to an email (and we normally receive a reply within 30 minutes of emailing!) Christopher Williams5 StarI met Pam from Flame UK at a networking event a few years ago and we started using them for waste removal services for the letting I represent, Kingswood Residential Investment Management. We have used ever since and they have provided a reliable, professional service ever since. We have used them to remove both small items and to clear full houses initially, but we now also use them for regular waste collections for the blocks we manage (including our own office). They are very responsive to emails and they take great pride in their admin so everything always runs very smoothly.
