David Barnes3 StarStaff not particularly friendly, only had the trainers my wife wanted on display, however they were marked (dirty) so wife asked if she could have a trainer cleaning wipe (which they sell) and either let her clean them there with one or a staff member could do it, they said sure then tried to add 6 quid to the price, the staff member was rude and definitely requires some customer service training, only reason for the 3 stars was the selection of footware was good and the places was relatively tidy and clean.Sunday 9th January 2022
