Sarah Evans1 StarThe new SKALA, AKA the crows, picking over the bones.
Offering bad rates, dodging Brexit by making you work in Germany but paying you via the UK outside IR35? Hmm sounds legit? pushing parasite umbrella company working.
Unprofessional and up themselves on the emails, assured me spitefully that I’m being erased from their mailing list, so pleased off you trot cowboys.Thursday 27th October 2022
Daniel Kelly1 StarWorked for a company at £9.83ph. Took a job online that I got with this company advertised at £10.40ph however after a weeks pay being £298 I contacted Giant, the agency that takes care of the pay (after being told on the initial 1st day that they have nothing to do with agency’s) and was then informed that they take out their cuts etc..... so really it works out that the pay is just under £9.00ph. Not a good company to be with!!! Even all the supervisors who work for FormelD hate it there and are on about £9ph!!! They call you on for a few months, tell you there’s no work for a week then call you back....hence no one having a contract!!!!Tuesday 12th February 2019
Khalid Ahmed1 StarPoor management maybe it's because it's English management and maybe it would've been better organised to run properly if it was done by German management’ and as for payment for staff’ it leaves some of them with the wrong payment and not being paid on time with the correct amount. And even when they complain the response from the office seems to work in slow-motion and even leaving the workers frustrated. Its as if no body cares or no one is in the offices how do workers survive its a miracle? how the workers survive’ the whole thing needs looking at if the company is to survive there are definitely problems within the branches serving in the midlands.Tuesday 5th March 2019
H's Honda1 StarDon't waste your time. They made me fill out forms within an hour and can't even mark them properly. It's been over 3 weeks I've been waiting for a reply of this company. They took copies of my passport bank details ID straight away but for some reason didn't even have a job for me, I suppose I shouldn't have provided them with all the details since then I have I have had a fraud done on my name surprise surprise.
The exam you initially have to fill out is a joke the format is completely wrong but rather than sort it out you have to struggle with it.
When I phoned up the lads mobile number for some information in regards to fraud he didn't even answer it and text me back, he told me he didn't know where the company was based and he was very busy and i should check on Google hmmm even more suspect. Absolute joke and this isn't the last they're hearing of the matter.Thursday 21st February 2019
