Went to them with brake problems and was told I would need a new caliper and pads at £500! I have since been to a real mechanic who has cleaned and freed up said caliper and all is working as it should now. Beware these chain garages they only out to rip you off, do yourself a favour and find yourself a proper independent mechanic. Here's an update to my review. You can see the response from the owner, well I followed the link and gave a detailed explanation to my review and heard no more on the matter. Load of charlatans! I stand by my warning to you all; steer well clear of f1 Autocentres and find yourself a proper independant mechanic.

Booked in on the website and paid, I turned up just before 5pm (when my appointment was) to an extremely rude American member of staff who shrugged his shoulders pointed at his screen and told me I wasn’t and the tyres weren’t there. He said he’d ring me when they came in. I waited to here from him, heard nothing for 2 days so rang customer service. They told me it was booked in and the tyres were delivered. Rebooked back in, turned up, same gentleman still unapproachable and borderline rude. Would recommend he goes to a customer service course.
