Georgie Dunham1 StarI appreciate the relief most people feel when your car passes it’s MOT, but it’s a legal requirement for a reason. After my MOT pass, I had taken it for a service, only to find out that it had two tires well over the limit, and the suspension snapped. I’m not great with cars, which is why I had left my trust in making sure my car was fit and safe to drive. Evidently it wasn’t.Wednesday 18th May 2022

The guys spent all day on my car fixing it and making it safe to drive. Honoured the price they quoted even when they found it needed more work doing. Dovile K1 StarI went here not long ago having a squeaking noise in my car and a loud noise under the bonnet, they haven't even suggested there would be anything else wrong with the car rather than the breaks being worn out, even though I gave a full description of the problem, having also to mention that I have a coolant leak. So they inspected the breaks without listening to the full problem.... Don't have to even say it was a scam all from the start. After they inspected my breaks and checked nothing else they quoted me £270 for new front break pads and discs. After I went to Halfords have them doing it a proper inspection with a test drive and wheels taken off, turns out the breaks have full life still left in them and don't need replacing for a long time. Glad to say I checked at another garage before paying these scamming people £270 for things I don't even need doing! Turns out it was a bad water pump! Never going to this place again after also checking they are the most expensive! Wouldn't even give these a one start rating, the staff were cold and not willing to fully explain the "problem" as well! What a waste of time!Wednesday 27th April 2022
