I wanted to say a huge thank you to Ray, he is a mechanic, but was also managing the center, when I came for the MOT. I think it is really nice and professional auto center.

Took a quote for replacing the brake pads for £99 (£145 at the dealer). Booked an appointment the next day and went to drop the car. After 2 hours they called me and told I have to replace the brake discs as well and gave me a quote for a hefty £750. As this was the day after the car being serviced by the dealer, I knew this wasn't quite right as I saw the discs were all ticked green in the service checklist. Then I bought the parts from an online retailer and used their garage service. The parts cost me £115 and the labour another £90. The mechanic also confirmed the discs were actually alright and only the brake pads were worn. Anyways the only reason I replaced the discs was since the labour was anyways more or less the same and the joy of saving £550. Never again

Tried to sell me their named brand with lifetime guarantee on punctures, but when told price, said no thanks, will look elsewhere, then changed tone and told me about their budget tyre at half the price! Which I purchased.

There's nothing F1 about these Johnny Herbert's. Three days to get a tyre changed isn't going to win the British grand Prix. I arrived at a pre booked appointment to be told there's a double booking. Then as I'd brought the wheel and not the vehicle they refused to do it at all. I went elsewhere 3 days later it's sorted.

It's been a couple of months since we explained to them that they had ruined my dad's Mondeo wheel nuts because Ford "have different sized nuts". Yet the year before, Halfords next door were fine? Spoke to the customer care team and they said they'd call back. Heard absolutely nothing since as they've clearly just waited for us to forget about it. Still aren't able to get the nuts off the car thanks to these guys 👍
