I feel somewhat bad giving a 1 star because the carers are absolutely brilliant, however, the management are terrible, how they got to their current positions is a mystery with such incompetence and lack of responsibility. They seem to blame everything on the carers and take no responsibility themselves. This is poor leadership. I witness first hand how some carers go out of their way for my Nan to the point she calls certain carers up to speak to them when they're not working. I could write an essay about certain problems I feel so strongly about, which I do in emails but the management seems to shrug it all off and do nothing about it. Get a decent person who knows what they're doing in charge and this would be a lovely place

Awful place. Left my mother sitting in her own faeces. Because suffers slightly from dementia, she had to leave.

I worked a night shift there. Staff were very friendly. This place is very big clean and does not smell
