Jamie Grist from Aldershot Lettings has been exceptional in dealing with a friends rental property. It has been great having one point of contact for payments and any issues which have been dealt with in a timely manner. He is really client focused and does his utmost for tenants, going that extra mile to help them out. His colleague Wendy also provided exceptional service and was really helpful with an electric issue. I would urge anyone wanting to let a property to use Jamie and his team at Fosters..as a tenant they have made it very easy with one point of contact....as opposed to other agencies that have one person for this, another person for that and another person for something else. Fosters estate agents are a small but perfectly formed agency. We first encountered them when we purchased our house in Aldershot 7 years ago and we used them again recently when we came to sell that same house. They were the only company that had the vision and conviction to value and sell the house for its true worth. Both Jamie and Simon are friendly and professional. Most importantly they are good at communicating with you, something that is essential for one of the most stressful times of your life!

I recently sold my flat in Aldershot with Fosters Estate Agents and had an absolutely amazing experience. Simon looked after me and my property throughout and was not only really professional and knowledgeable but he was also someone who I could talk to when things were going wrong with the sale and seek solid advice from. I honestly don't think I would have been able to get through to completion without Simon's support. He worked really hard to help out with both our solicitors (who were terrible) and put loads of time and effort into chasing them and keeping me and the buyer updated. First class estate agent, would recommend to everyone. So many estate agents are just all business with their only focus on the sale whereas Fosters were able to give that little bit extra and make the process supportive and they really cared too! We recently completed our sale with Simon at Fosters. It was the first time we had sold a property after living in our home for over 40 years. Simon was very supportive and helped us with the mountains of paperwork involved, he also quickly found us a new buyer after our first buyers withdrew. Would highly recommend Fosters.
