Fox and Hounds Pub

A real gem of a village pub with a strong local trade. The main activity takes place in a small comfortable bar and dining area, the furnishings of which include a sit in inglenook, modern dining furniture and comfortable sofa. An unspoilt lounge has the feel of a domestic sitting room, with sofas and a piano. A range of menu options are available with an emphasis on authentic Thai curries cooked freshly in-house. Local guest beers are always available alongside Guinness and lagers.

Wonderful little pub in a historic building set in the countryside. It has two distinct sections, both with crackling fires while we were there. Choose one side to watch sports on the large screen, or sit in the other area on comfortable leather chairs to enjoy more relaxed conversation. The pub is very clean, the beer selection was nice, and the prices were very nice. We will definitely go again while in the area.
