I phoned Fraser Dawbarns for an appointment to certify an ID form as I had used them before for a house purchase. I was going to be put through to Bev Chase but she was on another call and would call me back. 24hrs later no call back so I phoned again. She was on another call and i was told she would call me back asap. That was the day before yesterday and still no call. This is certainly not good customer service. I also need to do a new will and there is possibly a house sale soon. Fraser Dawbarns will certainly have no more business from me if this is how they treat their clients. I now have an appointment with another solicitor who has been more than helpful.

Horrible service. I needed someone to witness a document being signed, bit my printer broke, so was unable to print it out. I explained my situation, but was told they would only do it with the original document. I offered to send the document via email if they could print it for me, but they refused! It was a 4 page document! I was willing to pay for the copies, but they refused. So rude to me. Go to the solicitor's next door. Way more friendly and accommodating.
