Can not recommend this estate agents enough. Paul came out and valued our property, I know its his job, but his knowledge of the local area, valuation prices and time span was second to none. Adele in the office went absolutely above and beyond, nothing was to much trouble for her. If I ever rang and she wasn't available, guaranteed, she would ring me back the same day. Thank you!

Incredibly poor service around a booked viewing. I called around 4pm to the office to enquire and was told by a very helpful lady who took all my details and said that someone was someone there this evening, brilliant! I booked in to come with my fiancee. On the way we hit traffic in so I called the office and spoke to Ashley approx. 515pm and said we were likely to be 10 to 15 mins late. Ashley assured me this wouldn't be a problem. We arrived at the house at 17:48, 18 minutes late. There was no answer at the door, all the lights off, no obvious agent car or for sale board. I called the office, Ashley answered at 17:51, she told me that she had called the viewer but it went straight to answerphone and so it was likely the viewer had left. I am disgusted that no-one called me to say that they couldn't get through to the viewer, nothing. The only thing I had been told was that it should all be OK which it clearly wasn't. We had rushed from work and then as quick as we could from home, we had called when we hit traffic and were just left like we clearly didn't matter. This is incredibly poor customer service and lack of communication. Ashley asked if I wanted to rearrange. No thanks, if that's the way you treat buyers then I'll never buy though you and will take every opportunity to tell others how poor the service was.

I have recently used Freckleton brown to let my property. Paul was very informative regarding the valuation, marketing and local area. My property was let in 2 days, and the girls in the office did a great job keeping me informed on the referencing, and moved my tenant in within two weeks. I would highly recommend Freckleton Brown.

All in all, a very smooth and professional service. Paul was brilliant at sorting the valuation and viewings for our home. Adele was the shining star in the process and nothing was too much trouble for her. Always available for calls and got back to me quickly at all times. Cannot praise them enough, plus an amazing price for the service you get! 👍
