martin jeffery5 StarIt's great. Very inclusive. The coaches are tremendously knowledgeable across a range of martial art. There is no minimum fitness reqirement and progression is quick which is great for the younger students. The free standing punchbags are good fun to smash. Hollie Lewis5 StarI cannot recommend this class enough, my husband and 7 yr old son started around 2 years ago now and both loved it, now myself and daughter 5yrs go also. This class is perfect for all ages and abilities and the instructors are so welcoming and make everyone feel instantly at ease. The wide range of activities is perfect for burning energy and cals for all ages and the classes are fun!Tuesday 8th March 2022
