Future Bikes carried out a comprehensive service of my Ribble road bike. There was a slight issue which I returned with and they remedied it on the spot and gave me a complimentary coffee whilst I waited. I'm very pleased with the service and would use them again and would recommend them to friends.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fixed the brakes on my son's bike in minutes and made my old bike feel good as new again. Seeing the great reviews of their coffee, I may have to arrange another visit very soon!

Popped in on my way passed, from cycling back from Mersea Island on my Brompton. Was greeted nicely and was shown options for vascular cycle saddle and got perfect advice that suited my budget. Stella Italia saddle is now installed and comfortable after a 10km evening cycle. I noted they also offer some very high-end mountain bikes as well as freshly brewed coffee and seating overlooking the river to relax. Definitely will return for items for my three bikes that get well used over the year. Lovely cycle shop 👏

What a great shop/cafe. Love everything about future bikes. The coffee is freshly ground and excellent quality. The cakes looked amazing. The bikes and accessories are are very good and the building itself is historically interesting, well laid out, bright, and immaculately clean. The staff are experienced and passionate about their venture and so friendly. Will be making a return visit and really wish them every success.
