What an absolute pleasure to deal with Sara, Richard, Jordan and the team at Gascoign-Pees in West Byfleet. After being gazumped (through another agent) in the summer and interest rates rising, we were not only feeling pretty let down but we were also on a tight deadline to find and buy a house before the end of the year. From the moment we had the viewing with Richard we had a really good vibe about the kind of estate agents GP are, and we loved the house too. Sara was such a kind and proactive sales negotiator, genuinely caring about both parties and helping the sale go through as smoothly, promptly and painlessly as possible. Selecting an estate agent to sell your home is always challenging. We saw many, but Gascoigne Pees was the one that stood out for us, and they did not disappoint. We sold our house in a challenging time with interest rates on the rise and a complicated long chain. We were kept well informed throughout and after 6 months managed to complete. Special mention to both James and Richard who were superb.
