We left work early to attend a viewing that was booked for 5.50pm which they confirmed at 5.30pm and then called to let us know someone has taken the property and cancel the viewing at 5.42pm while we were 2 minutes away. If there was an option to give this company a -5 stars it would describe them best. Completely unprofessional!

My wife and I have recently received an offer acceptance from a landlord thanks to Jade Turner who was professional and attentive to details showing us only variants we were ready to rent. Due to busy times we were able to view properties only remotely. Jade sent us detailed videos where we could find all things which were important for us. I would recommend Jade as an estate agent.
