Gate Street Barn in Guildford is a dreamy wedding venue for any wedding photographer. This rural barn setting is amazing, surrounded by lush green pastures and timeless country roads. I was enthralled with the picturesque natural beauty of the landscape, making it the perfect backdrop to capture stunning wedding photos. Inside the barn, you'll find a charming atmosphere with plenty of natural light that is ideal for any wedding. The interior layout is easy to work with, with its intimate space and high ceiling, while still offering plenty of room to move. I was truly impressed with the quality of the facilities, including the excellent audio and video equipment. I couldn't find a better venue for outdoor and indoor wedding portraits. The friendly and knowledgeable staff were also a plus as they were always happy to accommodate. Highly recommend Gate Street Barn for any wedding couple!

Just over a year ago me and my wife held our Indian wedding at Gate Street Barn, and even now I can't think of a better venue. Some of our wedding party stayed in the on-site accommodation and had a cheeky pre and post wedding party at the main house; it was perfect. Spacious Barn space, beautiful surrounding greenery, great bar service and best of all a fantastic team! In fact, it was so nice, for our one-year anniversary we went back to see the team and venue and loved reliving one of the happiest moments in our lives. We recently got married here and couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The location is stunning and we loved having exclusive use. The barn is so beautiful you honestly don’t need to add many flowers to make a super photogenic backdrop for your special day. There is fantastic space both inside and outside at the venue so you are assured a good day come rain or shine. Also great to have onsite bride and groom getting ready room, makes it easy for photos and family to see each party pre-ceremony. The staff were on hand anytime you needed them. They were calm and professional at all times, making sure our day ran smoothly. Big thank you to all. Great to have so much on site accommodation. The pool is such a lovely temperature, definitely worth a swim in the morning! The chef made an amazing breakfast and did so well catering to lots of people.

So glad we chose Gate Street Barn for our wedding in March. India and the team were so helpful and friendly and helped make our big day so special. The venue is so beautiful and the perfect location for creating gorgeous photos and memories.

Our day was just perfection- we cannot believe how fast it all went by. The suppliers (most of which are either recommended by the venue or work there frequently) put us so at ease with how easily they cracked on with things- we couldn't be happier with everyone we picked, but by far our best decision was the venue. From the moment we walked in, back in Jan 2020(!) we were in love, and the team have made everything so straight-forward and are always so lovely to chat to. A special thank you to Annabel who was incredible on the day and made sure everything went exactly to plan - she really put us at ease and nothing was to much trouble. Thank you so much for helping us create a day we will never forget- we're so sad it's all over but very excited at all that is now to come! We could not recommend this venue any higher, the barn itself is beautiful and the service is easily the best in Surrey! Thank you for everything! Natalie & Luke xxx
