I would recommend their service as they have been spot on since day one
After 5 years renting though agencies that they only care about money I met Nicki.
We were living in one of her properties managed under a different state agent and things were not the best.... and then Nicki took over the management of the property.
From the moment we exchange the first couple of words by phone I was impress in the way Nicki conducted the conversation.
Money wasn't the main thread of the conversation, she was asking on things to make us feel better and more comfortable at home and improvements that the house might need.
Over the 4 years that I have been dealing with GB ELITE every single problem that we had related to the house has been actioned and repaired properly, no quick fixes to patch the problem.
I would recommend their service as they have been spot on since day one.

sara-jane reilly5 StarGB Elite, provide an professional, efficient and thorough service. They are able to provide valuable advice and take care of all aspects of preparing a property for the rental market. Suitable tenants were promptly found and the property was rented out is super quick time.

They made the process very easy and were quick in responding to mails and enquiries. Sam and Nicki got us moved in within 10days and they were very understanding. Alexander Offord5 StarAs if moving abroad wasn’t daunting enough I decided to become a landlord at the same time, a friend introduced me to Nicki & Sam – they explained everything to me, no question was too stupid, they took all the stress out of it so I could focus on relocating.
