Shocking state of affairs from start to finish. Wasted a weeks holiday waiting for a repair to be done after an 8 week wait. No one contacted me to tell me it could not be done. No one cares. Now told another 6 weeks but its not likely. How much holiday do they think you have to sit waiting for nothing to be done. Couldn't even phone me. Disgusting.

This is a review on the Norton Canes branch. Our car was damaged by a storm in February so needed scratches repaired. My insurance booked me in with this company and arranged a courtesy car. I waited for them to pick my car up on the day arranged - no one turned up and no phonecall. I rang them the next day to be advised they wouldn't be coming until the next week and apologised no one had been in touch to let me know. They eventually collected my car the following week and I went over all the damage and what needed doing, luckily I took photos! They had my car over Easter with no updates or contact to say when my car would be returned, I had to ring them. They brought my car back to me and had only done some of the work so I sent the car back. They then brought the car back the next morning and there was more damage on the car on the rear bumper as if someone had driven into my car! The men bringing it back were also drinking coffee so I can only assume they had took my car to the drive thru! Even though on the courtesy car it stated no food, no drink etc. I asked them what the extra damage was on my car and they couldn't answer apart from oh we will take it back again and fix it. So for the third time they took my car. I had photos from when they collected it and this damage hadn't been done! So not only did they take three attempts to fix the original damage, they also caused damage to my car! Not great! Also not once has the manager or anyone actually called me to apologise or explain what happened! I complained to my insurance who were appalled at the lack of professionalism and apologised profusely. I would seriously consider looking elsewhere as the experience I have had was very stressful and very unprofessional.
