Marc Green1 StarNot happy, did a pretty good job of repairing the damage to the underside of my car, but blistered the paint on the bonnet, scratched the bumper and then there were contaminants in some of the blending in of new paint to old paint. The blister wasn’t there before, it never left my hands with it, they pretty much sliced it off and left the undercoat exposed like a massive stone chip and do the usual “it was like that before mate”. It wasn’t marked off on the inspection sheet so “it wasn’t like that before mate!”. Now to wait for the next step with the insurer who have upheld my complaint.
