Customer service can't keep up with prices. I've been here a few times before and have been pretty pleased although the last couple of times the hairdresser has been a bit rushed and left me sitting on my own quite a bit (£90 and 4 hours in the salon for cut and root touch up). I called to book an appointment, got a time pencilled in and was told I had to pay £60 a deposit for the appointment. I was told that the system wasn't working for taking payment so would I be able to come in before the appointment to make payment in person. I said that was fine but I wouldn't be able to come in to make payment for another week and a half. They said that was fine and that the time was booked in. I then got a call a couple of days later and was told that my usual hairdresser wouldn't be able to do the whole thing but it could be split between her and another hairdresser. I asked who would do which parts and what it would cost and they said they weren't able to tell me that information because its company policy (??). They also asked for the deposit and were speaking accusingly like it should already have been paid. This time they wanted payment over the phone (??) I asked if they could send written T+Cs that I would get my deposit back if THEY cancelled the appointment and they said they couldn't provide that (although they did say verbally that it would be refunded). Kept pushing for me to pay the deposit and started asking if I thought I wasn't going to make the appointment (which I wasn't as its actually right before my wedding!!). I gave up in the end. Need to find another hairdresser last minute before my wedding now. Booking a hair appointment should not be this painful.

I’ve had a haircut there before and a couple of their girls are good from 3/4 ago but the majority of them now are incredibly rude -especially manager - and they lack serious customer care skills. Going to a hair salon, like with all beauty salons, should be a pleasant and relaxing experience and this one gets an F minus on that aspect. Def not going back.
