My car needed an EGR valve replacement and I got a booking within a week. Geoff was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and seems to be the sort of person who would go the extra mile to help. He offered me a courtesy car which was very convenient given I needed to resume work from home. Repair was completed within few hours and I had some other queries which Geoff was more than happy to advise me on. All in all, great guy and happy customer!

I have an E38 that I was changing the water pump on and accidentally broke one of the studs that held the pump in place. I called multiple places as I didn’t have the tools to drill it out not the experience in disassembling the timing cover on the engine. Due to every single garage being weeks behind on appointments no one would accept driving down to me and helping me fix my car. I called Geoff and by morning next day he drove down to my car, removed the old stud while providing an alternative. His service, time and effort has been great as he went out of his way to get me back on the road. I know where I‘ll be taking my car from now on.

Booked in BMW 318d series to repair electric issue with boot & engine light issue related to DPF blockage Boot issue was already diagnosed by another garage, so I knew the REM was faulty. I pointed all this out and was expecting Geoff to just replace it. Charged again for diagnosing the same issue. However, on the plus side he did fix the problem and kept costs down on parts used. And did a home visit to reprogram the rear sensors which got missed initially Never looked at the engine light issue and told me the car was ready. That was disappointing and hence 3 stars

Took car in too see the guys on Wednesday to fit new Turbo and Cat downpipe. Great works fitted completed and ready by 13:00 next day. Excellent service. We will be back. Fantastic a mini specialist for my sons car on my door.
