Incredible night at The George Inn witnessing the very talented duo of Lee and Lucy (Southern Fried Groove Queens) who performed live Blues. The music was sensational and we were treated with great local Beer and a super breakfast in the morning. Even a complimentary whiskey for overnight guests! I recommend any venues who want to generate an atmosphere and pull in the crowds to book up this band. On the breakfast, the landlord was very committed to getting our order just how we like it and he was well humoured too. A lovely treat in a lovely area.

Visited on a Saturday evening, great live music. We had steak and ale and mussels both good. Beer was great, friendly staff and dog friendly, lovely country pub

We didn't stay at the hotel as we live locally but we went for Sunday lunch which was very enjoyable. Lovely outdoor garden area and a little play area for little ones . Will definitely be returning to try out more of their menu over tge summer .

Absolutely amazing meal this evening … very warm welcome. Superb 12 days of Christmas ale from the Hooky Brewery. Our second visit here (which was exactly a year ago). Would recommend whole heartedly… thank you

Didn't actually stay here but popped in for a meal and pint. Great service, lovely food and delicious Hook Norton beer. Brilliant!
