Sent parcel to India. The package was delivered on time and in excellent condition. I had chosen an express delivery service and my package had been delivered to the recipient before the estimated date.

Nicole H2 StarWe used Get My Parcel for an international move. We only sent 4 large boxes. The price was competitive and the booking was really easy. The service provided was however below our expectations. Firstly they put the wrong postcode on the labels which only came to light when we diligently checked everything, then they sent the courier a few days early which would have caused the parcels to arrive before us which was not allowed with customs, then they did not provide a full packing list to Canadian customs (which we spent hours preparing) and then there was limited aftercare when there was an issue with tracking and collection. They were quick to resolve the first two issues, which is why we have given 2 stars, and they have a WhatsApp message service to get things sorted quickly, but it caused too much worry and stress. We were not convinced the parcels would make it to us, but thankfully they did.Saturday 7th January 2023

I dealt with Nivia via email from quotation to the delivery and found her very responsive all the time. The quote I received was competitive and they delivered the goods through DHL. I had delicate items such as large TV and Home cinema, it all arrived safely, but you need to make sure to use the correct box and right packaging. Great delivery service. I ordered a full bike from UK to Berlin, Germany and had no issues. Delivery was quick and the package was not damaged at all. I'm actually surprised how well the package was preserved and how fast it got to the Deutsche. Bravo Get My Parcel.
