I am so impressed with the service that I receive from this company. They go out of their way to get you from A to B. They are dog friendly just let them know when booking. There are not many taxi firms in the area, so booking ahead of time on busy days always a good idea. There are so many great bars & coffee shops to sit and wait if they are busy. The drivers are very friendly & make you feel special.

Gillingham and Mere Taxis were wonderful for a large party I had recently when we needed to get people to and from a rural location. Their patience and friendly service at the planning stage was hugely appreciated, and the professionalism of all their drivers on the day was fantastic. Definitely a company I would use again myself and happily recommend to others.

Excellent service for a large group. Easy booking through email. One of the drivers very kindly gave the next driver on shift a card that was left behind on the way to the wedding venue when they returned for collection and we had 1 lost phone that was kept safe by one of the drivers. Highly recommended!

This is hands down the best taxi service in the area! I have used them multiple times and without fail have not let me down , they provide friendly knowledgeable drivers, consistent prices and excellent coverage. They have always been there too even when I've been stuck somewhere and haven't booked. For example today the buses failed to show up in Shaftesbury so I rang and left a quick message explaining my predicament and within less than 5 minutes they rang me back with an with a service arranged for me to take me home to Gillingham. Cannot recommend this service enough!

This taxi company really go the extra mile! Not only did our lovely drivers Richard and Ruth patiently wait while we helped our very immobile 80+ yr old parents into the car then drive us half way across a private field in the middle of wilts for a wedding reception and fetch us back again, they also kindly posted mum's phone back to Leicester by first class recorded delivery after she left it in the return taxi. Absolute first class service!!!
