Have used Gilson Bailey to sell twice now and always received a mega service. They sold our house in under a week making sure they got plenty of people through the door! Great photos by Luke and then Tom looked after the sale throughout and he was a pleasure to deal with. Can’t recommend Tom enough, he kept me updated all of the time, chased all parties to make sure everything was getting done in time, was friendly, professional and made the transaction a lot less stressful doing all the liaising for me. Always at the end of the phone if you need him. Everyone at Gilson Bailey is friendly and very helpful! 5*

We recently sold our home in Norwich and decided to use Gilson Bailey having been impressed by them when we bought our home 7yrs earlier. I'm not sure what qualifies as excellent service regarding estate agents, but Gilson Bailey were always prompt to reply to questions, honour appointments, and keep us updated during the conveyancing process, which are all certainly the most important things to us during what can be a stressful time. I found their explanations easier to understand than the legal jargon being used by the solicitors to the transaction and all the staff in branch were happy, professional and always keen to help. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Me and my partner have just completed on our first house purchase through Gilson Bailey. They were fantastic from start to finish, so helpful throughout the whole process and I have never come across another agency so responsive to emails! I dealt with a few members of staff, but I'd like to say a special thank you to Lauren and Louise who did a lot of work behind the scenes to help us facilitate the completion date we hoped for. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I used Gilson Bailey to buy and sell our property and all I can say is they made the whole experience smooth and stress free as possible. When advertising our property they took outstanding pictures and got our property sold by the first day of posting. Every time we called to ask questions there was always someone to answer the phone and help. Brilliant service and very friendly and helpful team would highly recommend.

The service from putting the house on the market to completing has been excellent from Gilson Bailey. We selected them as our preferred agent due to the extensive local knowledge in the area our property was located. We particularly liked the way in which the block viewings were handled, on a Saturday, and the team at managed the whole process from booking time slots to viewings. Once an offer had been accepted they worked closely with us to ensure all parties where engaged and kept appraised of progress. Overall there is nothing we would change or improve from our experience of selling with them
