Brilliant service! Been very welcoming, made the process very smooth and easy. If had any question or worries always a call away. Keep us up to date very regularly when waiting for the car. Took my car in for flashing brake light, advised could be at least 3 days which was fine with me. The next day received call advising of fault, no parts needed engineer fixed and topped up brake fluid, checked everything else advised on couple of tyres that would need changing soon and said car was ready to collect. I collected my car, they charged me nothing for the work and cleaned my car. Such five star service which these days seems to be hard to come by. Customer Advisor was fantastic she called me with all information and reports and then called again once car was cleaned and ready for collection. I cannot rate this service highly enough. Well done for providing the best customer experience I have received in a number of years. I would definitely return for work on my vehicle when needed. Thank you

We recently bought a new car from this branch of Glyn Hopkins and found that the process from beginning to end was very straight forward and well supported. They allocated the desired car in the colour and spec, and within a week the car was delivered to our home. We dealt with Jamie, the branch sales manager and Joel, sales advisor, and were kept well informed of the progress. We have dealt with Glyn Hopkins for over 15 years and always found the company to be extremely efficient and a delight to deal with. We would highly recommend this company.
