john rawlins1 StarI took my car down to GM's to get a price for a hose to be fitted, they took a photo of the hose and the chap said he would phone me the next day with a price, so when he didn't I rang them again, the receptionist said he was at lunch, she assured me that he definitely would ring me back but he didn't ! if they couldn't do the job then just a phone call as promised would have been nice. This is our local garage so not impressed whatsoever.Friday 1st April 2022
