Paul Martin5 StarI’ve had Carl install a replacement system for my parents house while I was working away. Neat install (and I’m a perfectionist when it comes to anything electrical). Even gets in touch personally when parents internet goes down and he sees the alarm off line.
He also travelled all the way to Essex to come service the two systems in a new house whilst o was 4000 miles away - all I had to do was get him a key! He is that trust worthy.
It’s true I have known Carl since before he started this business - must be 25 years or more but the fact that me as electronics engineer, who knows this stuff, hires in a guy from further afield to maintain a total of 6 systems shows a level of trust AND no I do not get mates rates if that’s what you are thinking.
Whenever we have discussed alarm and CCTV systems Carl has always aired on the not wasting money side of a quote. So if you want an honest and caring tradesman who won’t baffle you with science - Carl really is the GO2!!Sunday 20th February 2022

Mark Reed5 StarIt's a shame there isn't an extra star available to select. Carl has just left after replacing our alarm system that has never worked since we moved in and I cannot praise his work enough. As well as providing brand new equipment, his attention to detail amazing. Along with fully testing this system with me in tow so as to explain how everything works, he even capitalised the usernames as he was entering them for us. I know this may seem trivial but it just demonstrates that he doesn't take shortcuts.
He clearly knows his stuff inside out too. It took him no time to figure out what wire was for what in an existing installation and found the root cause of faults in no time at all.
Super happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone.
