Mick Horton1 StarWOW!!!!! Put the phone down on me because he couldn’t understand basic English, I told him the addresses 5 times where I needed to go. I’m sorry but if your working within the public domain answering phones and so on, you could at least have a little understanding of the English language. I don’t know what was worse the rudeness or him not be able to take a simple addresses down. AVOID!!!!!!Thursday 5th May 2022

Waited til 815 ans after 3 calls telling me 5 mins. Gave up. Avoid. Just lack honesty. If you’re late tell
Me and I can then manage it. Don’t tell me 5 mins when that’s a complete lie

Rang a taxi to say 15 minute wait called them after 30 minutes and said we are 5 mins away nearly and hour later we were still waiting for the taxi to arrive when we called them they said it’s gonna be 15/20 minutes and it’s busy and there’s a shortage of drivers they then proceeded to cancel our taxi! Very rude company

Zoe Taylor1 Star3 times now I have booked a taxi with this company and had issues. First time they cancelled my booking via text with no reason why so I rang them and they claimed they had tried to contact me (they hadn't). Second time I got a text stating I was not at the pick up area when I was and the final straw and last time was yesterday. Had a taxi booked to take me home from work so I rang to make sure it was still coming. Operator told me it would arrive in 10-12 min. 30 min later I ring back and ask where it is to be told another 20 min so I asked why I was told 30 min before that it was 12 min away. Operator kept ignoring me so I kept asking if he was still on the phone. He would then respond but not with any information regarding when my taxi would arrive. Once I was off this call I received a text saying taxi had been cancelled. Eventually ordered another taxi from a different company but to leave someone stranded for over 1 hour in Bromsgrove when it was getting dark is disgraceful 😡Tuesday 7th September 2021
