Customer satisfaction is what keeps your business going but not to this business....after a very disappointing experience my partner left an honest review stating we had over a 2 hour wait and excuse after excuse but did state he had gotten a refund to only have the manager ring him quite a few times as all he wants is the review taken down as its damaged his star rating and he wants it to be higher. I'm sorry but if you worked on your honesty on order updates and getting customer service right your star reviews would increase genuinely not telling people to change it.Saturday 19th February 2022

Dave Appleby1 Starwasn't allowed to put a minus score. waited over a hour 15 before i rang for a update. was told delivery driver on way. 30 minutes later. rang again... more excuses. never got to actually taste the food . they had the nerve to say if we ordered again we could have 30% off. i mean it should be free just as common courtesy . shame they couldnt deliver as fast as they took my money.... the only positive is they did refund my money .Friday 18th February 2022
