Ovidiu George Stoica1 StarAbosolutely disgusting company to deal with. They book a job to have a spare car key, all agreed up to here. Once the job was completed Mmanager Morton grabbed the key and decided he only wants to pay £125 instead of £250 and it didn't even wanted to return the key. We had to call the Police to have this sorted. Police came, they also listen to the phone conversation as it was recorded and they have gave 2 option 1 to pay £250, second to hand over the key. In the end to got our key back, and left this rude and time waster person.

Callum Campbell1 StarWas quoted an extortionate amount of money for repairs and when we found a cheaper price elsewhere TIM the owner was extremely rude and proceeded with a diagnostics charge even though they used the AA report to quote from.
He was extremely rude to my Fiancé asking her if she was dumb over the phone and intimidating her when she came to the garage leaving her crying and upset 😡
