Beautiful little shop with a great selection of organic products. Holly has been very helpful, and I'm very happy with my purchases. Went 20 miles out of my way to visit this shop (yes, it was totally worth it!). Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cockermouth or neighbouring locations!

This shop is tiny but has an incredible selection. Holly is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about sustainable living and eating. A must visit if in Cockermouth. You can get most of your pantry staples as well as plastic free hair and body stuff. There is laundry liquid etc. Beautiful handmade cards. There is often fresh eggs and veg. Holly makes it easy to reduce waste and eat organic. Thankyou Goodness and Grain x

We are so lucky to have Goodness and grain in Cockermouth as many bigger towns are sorely lacking. Holly very knowledgeable and helpful it’s the only way to go reduce, reuse ,recycle and this business is going a long way to help.Highly recommend this excellent shop .
